We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our business, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation within 24 Hours: Any appointment or reservation canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a charge of full price of service.
No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in will incur a charge of full price of service.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will need to reschedule.
